Tri-State provided specialized dewatering services for the Parkchester Gardens residential development project in the Bronx, New York, supporting the construction of a new 8-story multi-family residential building.

The purpose of the Parkchester Gardens was to construct a new multi-story building in the Bronx, NY.
Our work Summary
Over the course of this project, Tri-State installed a total of 64 Wellpoints. As excavation continued, we the discharge header pipe had to be relocated along the East Wall, where the pipe was also hung to the SOE.
Although we did not operate the day to day, if an issue arose our team came onsite to adjust the system and overcome future issues that may arise. Allowing for a successful completion of the project with a content client.
